Date Night
I cannot believe that we are leaving our baby for the first time...ALREADY! Im sad to leave my little sweet pea, but Mommy and Daddy always go on their monthly date to the Houston Symphony, Exactly a year ago today we went to our first one together, I will post the picture from that one, and then I will try to post a picture from this one, hopefully we can convince someone to take one of us, Maybe this time It will have little Evey in it. Lynda (Andrews mom) and her friend will be watching Miss Evey while we are gone, I am nervous nervous nervous, but I know its good to get out and have some Mommy and Daddy time. We opted to have dinner at home instead of going out first, Andrew says its so we dont have to rush at the restaurant, but I think its because we cant be away from our stinker for that long. I hope everyone enjoys their weekends!!!!!

School Time!
Little Miss Evey and I will now I have more to do with out time during the days!!! Evey is going to have to help her Mama study, because we just got enrolled in ONLINE COLLEGE! woooo. Thanks Kaplan University, and a HUGE Thanks to Daddy and the Military for having the GI BILL, which allows me to go to school 100% free, as well as get a sippen for books (that are free anyways) AND a monthly housing allowance of up $1,500.
Um SWEET! Classes start May 18th, yayyyyy!

A weekend with the Grandparents
We were so happy to have Grandpa Andy and Grandma Joan here for the weekend, especially since it was mothers day, we got to celebrate with Joan.
Grandpa and Grandma seemed to have a fun time holding miss Evey Rose, she decided to be a sleepy girl, when she wasnt pooping and peeing all over herself. She reached a record of 3 baths in one day on Saturday because she kept making a mess of herself (and her mommy).
While my "In Laws" were here we *i supervised and held the baby* got to make fresh nectarine ice cream from the nectarines that Andy grows in his back yard. It didnt work out well the first time, but the second try turned out very YUMMY!!!
For Mothers Day, Andrew woke up and cooked everyone a yummy breakfast and then we took naps during the day to recover from the night before *neither the dog or the baby would rest their little heads*. Later that night, Andrew took Evey and I out for our FAVORITE, sushi dinner and Dairy Queen afterwards, It was perfect.
Evey is still loving sitting up in her Bumbo chair, she would rather be up looking around and everything going on in the room than to be cuddled and held, which makes me sad but happy at the same time.
So happy we got the grandparents here to visit finally, we cannot wait until they come again! Maybe next time we will take a trip to their house!!!

Almost a Month!!!
According to Andrew *who apparently has been sneaking peeks at my blog while he is at work* I have been neglecting my blog. So sorry my dear, for your child keeps me on my toes.
Little One is still a WIGGLER, she rolls over ALL OF THE TIME, we cant keep her on one side. She can hold her head up pretty darn well, in fact, we already have her sitting in her bumbo chair because she likes to sit up so much and look around, she doesnt even need our help until she SNEEZES and knocks herself over...its cute!
Today was traumatic, not for Evey, but for mommy and daddy. Little one decided to poop through her diaper both ways, through the top and the bottom while she was sitting in her Bumbo, and she didnt bother to let one of us know until we saw it seeping out onto her t-shirt..EWWW! we decided to just pick her up while she was still in the chair and carry her to the tub.
Andrew held her up while i pulled off her diaper, and as soon as i was rolling it up and starting the tub, she decided to PEE everywhere, ...her bumbo chair was filthy, as was her bottom! So little one got a bath, which I think she is actually starting to enjoy, now that she knows what it is!!!
I swear she gets more adorable each day, Her daddy is just in love with her, he is always snapping pictures of her and saying how cute and beautiful she is! I love it.
Now she is relaxing on the couch with her Daddy while he unwinds from the week and his work day. gotta love it!!!
